GRANDFRYER ™歌兰德燃气炸炉运用了先进的全预混燃烧系统，它包括了金属纤维燃烧器、自动调节火力的燃气阀和无极变速风机。此外，歌兰德燃气炸炉还配置了完全浸没在油锅内的三次热交换系统，使得燃气被完全燃烧，并在油锅内最大程度地进行热交换，大大提高了热效率，减少了热损失和有害排放。
GRANDFRYER is equipped with the most advanced fully premixed combustion system, which includes the metal fiber burner, automatically adjustable gas valve and frequency conversion fan. In addition, it has three heat exchange system that ensures gas is completely consumed, this greatly improves the thermal efficiency, also reduced the heat loss and harmful emissions.
歌兰德燃气炸炉回温快速，保持食品质量的一致性，这是智能控制和最先进的燃烧系统结合的成果。例如，当突然放入大量的冷冻薯条进行油炸时，油温会被迅速降低，这时会采取大火力来快速回温，直到接近烹饪温度时变为小火力升温，从而始终保持食品品质的一致性。
Besides high thermal efficiency, saving gas and less harmful emissions, it can achieve rapid temperature recovery and maintain the consistency of food quality according to the cooking process of fried food. For example, when a large batch of frozen French fries are suddenly added for frying, the oil temperature will be rapidly lowered. Strong fire will quickly recover the temperature until it approaches the cooking temperature, then replaced by small fire, so as to maintain the consistency of food quality.
